Observer reports streamlined

Right now there are over a dozen click points for each observation report plus comments. Is it possible to set up the list of items (e.g. offside, positioning, movement, teamwork) so they are all editable from the same screen without needing to click in, select and save to exit. Instead all fields could be filled out, the rating scale would be available on that landing screen and an area for comments where they currently get populated after being saved. would half the number of user interaction points and streamline the process.
