🚀 New Enhancement: Customize Self-Assign Release Dates & Times

Overview

Self-assign now gives you control over exactly when matches open up to officials. The default release time is still 12:00 AM — but now you can change it, so younger officials aren't staying up past their bedtime waiting to pick up matches. Set how many days before match day each role releases, and the time of day it happens — down to the individual match role or across your whole schedule. Officials also get a new preview of what's coming.

🗓️ Set Release Dates & Times (Assignors)

What's New:

  • Set release timing per match role using MD-Minus days (e.g., matches open 5 days before match day)

  • Choose a release time instead of the default 12:00 AM — all release times are in Eastern (ET)

⚙️ Apply Across Roles & Schedules

What's Still Awesome using the Grid:

  • Edit a single role, or use Grid Edit to set dates and times across multiple roles at once

  • Give each role its own timing — for example, ARs at MD-6 — 8:30amET and the Referee at MD-5 — 8:00amET

  • Use the Edit All Schedules toggle to manage every schedule in one place

👀 New for Officials: Upcoming Releases in the Next 7 Days

What's New:

  • Officials see an Upcoming Releases in the Next 7 Days section in their Self-Assign area

  • It shows the release date and time (ET), the Competition, how many matches release then, and the actual match dates — so they can plan ahead, even before they can claim any matches
