Reporting field for parent name & email
When downloading a report from a filtered search in the directory, it would be nice to have parent name and email as a column so it would spit that out in the cvs file. Right now it doesn’t look like that info is an option for the directory to show? Thanks guys!

Blockout Specific Assignor
When entering a Blockout, be able to select the assignor that the Blockout applies to. Use case: As a referee, I will commit to working for an assignor using Ref Insight, but the game won’t be assigned for some period of time. In that time, I will appear to be available to all assignors in Ref Insight and could be assigned by another assignor that my schedule will not allow me to be assigned to do a game for.

Observations-templates for importing and report for exporting
It would be great to develop a template where we can upload observer reports for referees. The report would then be accessible under the referee (that the referee would be able to see for the game they were observed) and observation area. At the same time, being able to export observer reports so that we can track which referees in our area have been observed, the feedback provided in their observation as well as who observed them. Other data useful in the report would be the event that was observed, date observed and how many years that the referee has been certified. Filling out observations is important but if we can not share them with other mentors or use reports to find out who have been observed and area of improvement, we missing out on utilizing an important tool.

Ability to be "Attached" to a team
similar to the conflict entry post, In another assigning platform I was able to “attach” myself to my sons team. Any times his team had a game it would create a block in the system for me at the specific time. It was especially useful for tournament scheduling. My assignor knew where I would be and could schedule me as needed knowing I would still be able to make it to my sons games. It created a system where I had nearly zero send backs,

Pending game not displayed
When the referee requested a self-assign game and it is still not confirmed, but the game must be canceled. The referee must write all the information to the assignor, but the game information is not displayed in the pending assignments until the assignor confirms it. It turns out that the game request cannot be canceled in advance. Pending games should be displayed for convenience

Ability to "block" a referee when they don't set availability
We have all experienced a referee who does not block their availability. Then when you assign them, they turn it back claiming “not available”. It would be good to move them to “unavailable by assignor”.

Conflict entry
Many of the youthful referees I assign also play for a team in the area. It would be beneficial to have the ability for the referee to align themselves with a team (their own or a sibling). This would allow for optimizing the referee at a location.

US Soccer Supplemental Report Format
Is it possible to template the content entered into a RefInsight Incident Report into a US Soccer Supplemental Report for compliance reasons? Arbitration committees are not accepting RefInsight reports and it’s creating double/duplicate work for officials to fill both.

Indicator of prefrences
It would be super cool for there to be something in your profile that assignors could see that indicates age group or mainly position preferences. I tend to get assigned CR when I feel better being AR, which puts me in a difficult spot when getting assigned tournaments.

Android Notifications
Really need the Notifications to clear after the app is accessed. There is no indication in the app what triggered the notification. I scroll through messages and assignments and I still show a notification count on the RefInsight icon. This in turn triggers my watch to notify my of multiple RefInsight notifications, multiple times for the same. Highlight what needs to be viewed in the app to clear notifications or clear then when the app is opened please.

It would be on the same calendar as blockouts, but not a block out, a note, such as only being able to be at one location.

Messaging or Notifications for Officials with expired referee licenses
Connect the License Summary report to messaging to make it easier to contact officials who have not recertified. An automatic notification to those with expired licenses would also be helpful.
